Procedure:
1. Buyer sends LOI+BCL
2. Seller issues FCO.
3. Buyer returns signed FCO
4. Seller issues draft contract with bank details.
5. Buyer signs/seals contract and return if acceptable as final and informs Seller of LC opening in prime bank.
6. Buyer open non-operative LC. This is activated as the Seller issues Performance Bond(2%).
7. Hard copies of contract are signed and exchanged via courier service.
